Celebrate Maine’s Champions for Children

Each year, the Maine Children’s Alliance brings together advocates, partners, community leaders, and friends to celebrate the people and organizations who go above and beyond for Maine’s children and families.

Our upcoming Champions for Children event will honor this year’s Giraffe Award recipients - individuals and organizations who “stick their necks out” to make Maine a better place for kids to play, learn, grow, and thrive. This annual celebration recognizes outstanding contributions to children’s health and safety, early care and education, and family economic security, while also supporting MCA’s ongoing work to advance policies that help all Maine children and families thrive.

We invite you to join us for this special gathering as we celebrate courage, commitment, and community - and recommit ourselves to building a Maine where every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
