Basis for rating:
- How does it apply to our advocacy positions?
- What are our resources?
- How important is it to our public agenda?
- How critical is OUR action on the issue? Who else is working on it or providing leadership?
- How would this affect our new organization's growth, relationships and reputation?
Measure everything based on our Advocacy Principles. Set Policy based on our guidelines (as developed).
